Founder

Jeremy Wilson has over 30 years’ professional experience in wills, trusts and private client law.

He is a former advisor, partner and head of the Private Client department at a regional firm in Orpington, where he worked until 2024. He recently moved to Bournemouth with his wife Chrissie and their dogs.

Purpose of Wilsons Wills

To provide Bournemouth residents with the same high level of service Jeremy offered throughout his legal career.

Experience and background

Jeremy has extensive seminar and training experience, including internal training within his former firm, talks for charities such as Age UK, Alzheimer’s Society and Mencap, and pre-retirement seminars for various large organisations.

He is passionate about helping clients protect and preserve their hard-earned assets, ring-fence property and savings from care costs, minimise Inheritance Tax, and address issues that may affect family wealth.

Approach to trusts

Jeremy believes trusts, long used by the wealthy to safeguard assets, should be accessible to everyone. When set up correctly, trusts can be maintained at low cost. His approach is to use trusts for the benefit of families, not for the financial gain of professionals.
